Curing depression with no psych or meds?!


Question: Curing depression with no psych or meds!?
i think i hgave depression, but theres no way i can see a psych or take medication!.
that includes stuff like kids helpline!.!.!.
is there anything i can do to help fight it!? any particular thought patterns or things i can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember your brain is a muscle you can control the thoughts that you have!. A lot of people cant and that is why they go into a deeper depressive state!. When you start having thoughts like why does this person love me or I am a bad person!. Try telling yourself this person loves me very much they do nice things for me or I am a good person I have a very great sense of humor!. These are Positive Self Talks this helps a lot of different people!. If you try putting this into your daily routine it should help out a lot!.

Also you mentioned not to take medication you could always try B12 vitamins which seem to help!. Boosts your metabolism and helps relax!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise!!! I know if I don't make it to the gym or go for a run at least once a week, I am a much more grumpy person!. And the good thing is, there are SO many different types of exercise that anybody can find one that fits their workout style!. If you've never exercised before, try out different types until you find the one that's right for you!. :) Hope this helps!. And definitely check out the articly below!. Exercise and keep busy!. do not watch tv as much go walking, draw, read books!. you will not think much about being depressed if you are busy!. i used to be depressed and would not want to do anything!. some of the best advice i got was " even if you dont feel like going out just do it and take your depression with you" !. dont wait for a time when you are happy to finally live life just do it now!. a lot of people are depressed i think its because they have nothing much to do or feel useless you are not you are important so just live your life!. best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"At least I hit the fence instead of the pile of s&^* on the ground!."
