Am i too young for this?!


Question: Am i too young for this!?
I've changed a lot the last few years, and was wondering how far removed this is from my peers!. I'm 29!.

Over the last few years, I've become very withdrawn, and i've become a loner somehow!. Lost touch or fell out with my friends, and I spend my weekends sleeping or playing computer games!.

I feel stressed and anxious all the time about a lot of things, but somehow, when I look back, it's become the norm for me for a long time!. I don't remember feeling anything else the last 4,5 years!.

What can I do!?
I've got no one, and I'm seriously burnt out because of a lot of things!.
How do people break out of ruts like this!?
Even when I'm not at work I feel really worried!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, that special effort to hang out with some one should come from you!. You have to take the initiative!. As a beginning, start going out in the evenings - if your work permits!.!.!.!.!.!.frequent decent places!.!.!.!.!.do not get mixed up in affairs, but cultivate friendship either with the opposite sex or some one you know well!. don't worry, you're not alone in this!. im 24 and am finally getting some help!. i suggest a visit to your doctor who can advise on other things not just medication!. Try and make an effort to reaquaint with old friends, i know sometimes it can be really hard as you just want to stay in and not see anyone but give yourself that extra push and i'm sure youll find in time those friends will be there for you

It's alright, at your age it's normal, this is the path that everyone else is looking for!.Just do more contemplation, avoid stress, get new friends and hang out with different people, this way you will reborn and rejuvenateWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are thousands of people out there like you!. You just don't know it because their always withdrawn and hiding!. Makes sense!

I'm a very stressed out person but I just don't think about it anymore!. As long as I have legs and good health and at least one person that I care about there is nothing to be stressed about!. No matter what, there will always be millions of people in the world that have it worse off than you!. Keep that in mind ALL the time and the little things will start to make a difference trust me!. Don't just look at your immediate surroundings and compare your worth to it!. Think about everything and how lucky you are!.
