Sit down with your Mom and talk about it without being frustrated, this just makes the situation worse!. Tell her how you feel and that you would prefer going to counseling!.[ It would make you feel better and happier]!. If she wont accept this, then what about somebody else in the family!. Eg, Dad, Grandparents, aunt, uncle!. Talk to these people and they just might be able to help out!. Think about having some professional counseling as well/ or more school counseling!. If you're seeing a counselor at school just go to the person that you're seeing in school,tell them it's an emergency!. You also need to find out what the age is in your state to go to counseling by yourself!. In NYS you can request therapy for yourself at the age of 13!. They would prefer that your parents agree and allow you to go but they can make arrangements for you if your parents don't agree!. Also if you're in therapy and your mother doesn't let you go it might be considered a case of neglect!. Talk to your counselor and get a phone number where you can reach this person when you can't get to them!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
your mum has no right to deniy you councilling if you need it then you should be able to go,mayby sit down and talk to her and say roughly why you need it , if she dosnt know about the cutting then just say that you have a few thing going through your mind and that you just really need to speak to someone! xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
You need to have a serious talk with your mother asap!.!.!. If you need counseling you need counseling, an I am a mother and would not hold my child back for that sort of thing!. Is there counselors at your school you can seek help from!? I would try that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
