I'm here to really help you
Here's nine priceless tips that work like crazy!.
1- Stop worrying at night!. When insomnia is happening to me it is because " I have million things to solve "!. Then I say to myself "Stop, Magdalena!. You can't resolve anything at 3 a!.m!."
2- Instead worrying, count backwards from 200, taking a deep breathe between each number and also visualizing clearly each number!.
3- Or count sheep, but you should imagine only sleeping sheep
4- A superb trick is to move your toes of both feet at the same time, up and down, more than 30 times or until you feel tired and want to sleep!.
5- Concentrate on "not thinking" pattern!. And if comes any thought you gentle say "go away!.!.!."
6- To avoid insomnia, convince your spouse { or mom, or someone else } to give you a massage on full body before bedtime!. It works wonderful!. If not, even a scalp massage can be a big help!.
7-Sleep on your back!.
8- If you wake up in middle of night and can't sleep, get up and do something non stimulating!. Go back to bed when you feel tired!.
9-Yawn four-five times!. It will be a signal for your brain that is time to sleep!.
Try to adapt to your own situation these proven-suggestions and soon , very soon you will see good results
I hope I helped you a bit!.
Good night and good health to you!.

1- Take it easy
Don't throw yourself into strenuous physical activity less than 3 hours before going to bed!. Since exercising elevates your body temperature and arouses you, you'd have more trouble falling asleep!. For the same reason, don't take a large heavy meal just before going to bed!.

2- Avoid confrontations
Spending time with your family or those you love during the last part of the day is wonderful!. But avoid starting or fueling confrontational discussions!. Half an hour before bedtime is not really the ideal time to start talking to your spouse about that big purchase you want to make, or to complain about something that bothers you!.

Hey, I know it's easier said than done :) but do try to keep this in mind the next time you want to start debating!.

3- Bore yourself to sleep
Likewise, it's really not a good idea to start surfing the internet or delve into an engrossing novel just before bedtime!.

Instead, tackle a boring task like doing paperwork or the dishes!. You could also read a few pages of a difficult book or skim a work-related document!. Choose something that'll NOT leave you saying three hours later "gee, it's two o'clock already!"

4- Take a warm bath
Taking a nice warm bath is an excellent way to dissolve tensions and leave the day behind!. It has a paradoxical effect: the warm water rises your body temperature at first, but then later on makes it drop faster, easing your way into the night by making you feel sleepy!. But don't take it just before going to bed for that same reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Swimming!. Its tires your body out and makes it easier to sleep!.

Also dont drink caffiene really at all if you can help it, there are loads of decaff ranges out there!.

Camomile Tea sometimes helps to relax you!.

Lavender oil, put a couple of drops on your pillow at night!. (its also really good to put on neat on spots, it is a natural antiseptic and speeds up the healing process!.

Also there are some good relaxation tapes/cds you can buy on the internet or try itunes!.

Also on other answers i have advised Valerian Root which is a natural sedative, but if you are on lots of meds check with your doctor first!. You can but it in health food shops or online!.

Hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
