Answers:
Personally, there is no safe medication on the market for anxiety!. I know this because I too suffer from chronic anxiety/panic disorder!.
I have been dealing with this for 6 years!. I have taken anti-depressants, and nothing worked for me (because I am not depressed), I just get really nervous!. I take Klonopin, which is not good either, but it is the only thing that will relieve the symptoms within and hour or so!.

Through my journey I am learning that we must change the way that we think and feel!. Our brains have a groove of negative thoughts that must be filled in with positive ones!. Yes, it is hard to imagine that we do these things, but from what I am learning it is true!.

You must start immediately to correct your thinking pattern!. See everything as a positive no matter what it is or how hard the situation may seem at the time!.

Our world is filled with so much negativity that we absorb this thought pattern without even realizing it!.

I wish you the best of luck - and remember it will get better! There is no magic pill and I am sorry for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.
