Question: I get anxiety when I have leave!?
my home for a long time!. Sometimes



anxious around people long periods of time!. Anyone else have this or have coping stategies!. I'm very self concious becauise I'm used to living alone

Drink an ICE cold glass of water it hits the back of the throat and a nerve and slows your heart down!.

Focus on the tiniest details of everything around you!.

Breathe in for 4 and out for 4

Put your hand on your stomach and breathe deeply and slowly pushing the hand out as you breathe in!.

See a doctor about your anxieties!.Maybe they can give you some valium or something!?

Counselling may help you reach the centre of this problem!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
