high blood pressure!? maybe you get so tense that you cut off the circulation in parts of your body so when you release any sort of tension the blood rushes back to your brain and you pass out!. its like locking your knees when your standing for a period of time and then when you go to walk all that blood goes back up to your brain and ding ding chicken wing your out for the count!Www@Answer-Health@Com
