Answers:
Start off with listen, I've only got 30 seconds to explain this before I get confused with my own explanation!. Now listen to me, its important and I've only got one shot to explain this to you because it involves brain functioning and a lot of stuff you don't understand and I just barely understand!. I just need 30 seconds of your complete attention because that's all I have!. (Then give them your spiel!.)

All nerves and the brain run on small electrical impulses!. The nerve endings from each nerve mesh into the next nerve and the connectors in the brain in all of us!. My and your nerve endings are different and you get a different electrical charge between the endings (ganglia) than I do which causes over stimulation of my brain and I get distracted when you might be bored!.

When they give you that look, say I couldn't tell if you didn't understand or if you got distracted!. You might want to get tested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was!.!.!.well,sometime still is, like having an entire desk full of tasks that you want to do, but you are not focused enough to stick with one task at the moment!. You're brain wants to do other things that it thinks is more exciting (watch TV rather than read a book) but you really want to read the book rather than watch TV!.
Basically, the brain is overstimulated and constantly stays in the overstimulated state!.
For some, fresh air helps to clear the mind, as does a quiet room!. But that is if you have ADHD!.

ADD folks would probably fall asleep in such cases!. The need to play music while working or be around other people that are engaged in the same activity (nothing that is totally high activity like sports or anything, but general social situations!.)

Most ADD folks can seem distracted while most ADHD people look for distractions!.

The mind of an ADD person is understimulated, while a person with ADHD is overstimulated!.

The mistake that most doctors make is grouping both ADD and ADHD under the same diagnosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
