i am not allowed to wear a bra yet and i feel left out and self conscious!. i feel like everybody is staring at me!. what can i do about that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you have just a plain white tank top that you can wear under your shirt!? that would make it no so obvious that you have not got a bra on!. i did this and so did my friends!. the extra layer makes you feel more secure!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
tell your parents that you want to and you feel socially awkward by not being allowed to!. you feel like your too embarrassed to do anything and you're just becoming depressed by being socially outcast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
