Question: What help is there for me because i have to many suicidal thoughts!?
i get like 20 times daily and cant see no other way but i know i need help, i have BPD and depressionWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have an addiction to suicidal ideation and that just might be your problem and I am also BPD and Bipolar Disorder, Post tramatic stress disorder and so on and so forth!. You have to change what you think about and also get involved in things that will keep you busy if you don't then you run the risk of being dead!. Sorry but that is just the way it is!. You need to get into therapy if you are not already there!. You need to see a Pdoc if you have not already done so!. Get some professional help please!. Tell the medical staff what is going on, and be honest!. Even if you end up on a psych unit it is better than being dead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know people who used to get these thoughts and over a very long period of time they got over them
what they found helpful was trying to avoid the thing that caused these thoughts most
like my friend used to get these thoughts mostly when she was on the computer so she tried her best to avoid it and do things like going out with me and her friends and she signed up to a sport she was petrified of which was bunji jumping and now she's getting over her fear of this and moving on with her life!.!.!.
you could try and pin point what causes these feelings the most and try to avoid it like her
there are also a lot of websites who can help like child-line (only if your under the age of 19 i think) the Samaritans and loads others but i can't think of them now
i REALLY hope you can get over these feelings soon
i know they can be extremely horrible
counseling can also help because they can talk to you about anything and i think it's confidential

I know from other questions/answers you are already in contact with health professionals etc so not going to suggest that!.

I find that when Im feeling suicidal, sitting around doing nothing will only make me think about these thoughts more!. It might sound simple and silly, but going for a walk really does help lift your mood and distract you, even if its a short one!. Sometimes it helps me when nothing I could do inside can!.

I recently bought a book from Amazon called "The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook" !. Its a practical book using DBT techniques to help you deal with overwhelming thoughts and feelings!. As you probably know DBT was originally designed to help people with BPD!. Perhaps it would be worthwhile for you to check it out!.

please do not attempt suicidal, it is very bad thing!.If you have depression and BPD please consults a specialist doctor and you would tell your depression and other important matter!.you always get a

You should try talking to some one you know!. Whether it be one of your close friends or relative!. Tell them everything that is making you feel depressed, once you've released all those emotions locked up inside of you, you'll find out that it feels much better!. And if you ever feel like crying or screaming, don't be afraid to let it all out!. Get a pillow and scream into it!.

If you wish, You can visit a Psychotherapist!.

There is always hope!. No condition is hopeless, no matter what anyone might say!. You are right in recognizing that thoughts have a powerful effect on us, both emotionally and physically!. When we think positive thoughts, beneficial chemicals get sent from the brain to the body and with negative thoughts, harmful chemicals get sent!. The thing is, we don't have to be a slave to thoughts!. We can exert effort and focus on thoughts that will send good chemicals and we can change our minds and our bodies!. You can talk to others in positive, uplifting ways, spend time with people you like, and hestitate before you speak and choose positive comments to others!. These are a few things that may take the edge off!. You should take up tanning (lack of sunlight causes vitamin deficiencies) Start your day off with a full spectrum light in your room!. Read the Psalms on a daily basis!.
Focus on ways to bless others It will give you the greatest inner satisfaction!. Make sure you take a brisk walk at least a mile every day!. And most of all make Jesus your best friend!. Cry out to him share your day with him tell him all your feelings!. Replace the negative thoughts in your head with his tender loving mercy!. Don't fill your head with the trash on the tv!. Listen to uplifting music not this hard driven gutter garbage about all sorts of violence!. If you surround yourself in love and peace and goodness it will change the inner you!.

I think intense psychotherapy may be the go - medications like prozac and xanax can help, but are really not a long term solution, they tend to fix the symptoms not the cause!. I really think you should see a professional, this is not healthy, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The person(s) who diagnosed you with those diseases should have referred you to a specialist!. Having the same diseases I recommend you get the TOOLS to learn how to deal with life on its terms!.!.!.not yours !!! that helped me!! PLEASE GO TO A HOSPITAL THAT DEALS WITH THESE ISSUSES !!!
