It sounds like a nervous "tick'!. I wouldn't call it a Mental Problem unless it really bothers you!. But nervous ticks are a way anxiety can be expressed if you have control of not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i dont think its a mental problem, its probably a simple gesture that your used to doing!. Its better to do that then some other things people do when they get ticked off!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
