Is this something I should be worried about?!

Question: Is this something I should be worried about!?
So I've been acting a little weird lately, my life is really great i have the best boyfriend and my parents love me, but schools rough and sometimes my friends get to me!.
Anyway, most of the time I'm in a high, always smiling and laughing and jumping around hyper, and then when one thing bothers me and i do so much as tear up, i start crying and CANNOT stop for hours, or it takes ALOT for me to stop!.!.!. Is that normal, I don't reall understand why cause I get to the point where i don't even know what I'm crying about anymore i just can't stop!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds just like me when I was younger- (I'm 35 now)-

It could just be hormonal and/or stress!. I don't know what age you are!.!. sounds just like PMS and really- or hormones out of whack!. There are a LOT of changes in the teens and 20's and you figure a lot out about yourself and the world- and EVERYONE cries a lot- it's a part of growing and finding yourself!. Maybe you're more sensitive to things too, some people are!.

As long as you are not depressed or suicidal, I would consider this part of growing and learning about yourself, your feelings, your strengths and weaknesses!.!.!.

If you are very self conscious and disgusted, you COULD have a personality disorder- however give it a few months to see if your self confidence improves before jumping to this!. Once again, I think everyone goes through this-

Find something you really enjoy and get lost in it- get a good book- an uplifting one and read it in your spare time!.

I think you should see a teen health councelor!. I had one, it didn't help me much though!. I would randomly just start crying, I hated myself, I tried to commit suicide a number of times!. I'm only 15, and I've been through A LOT, and i mean it!. Get help before it's too late, maybe your bi-polar, you never know!.

SEE AND SHRINK OR SOMETHING!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm sounds more like bipolar, thats another name for manic depression by the way, where you have extreme highs followed by extreme lows!.
Go to your doc he'll let ya know what he thinks is up with you, just tell him how bad it gets!.
