Odd sleeping patterns?!


Question: Odd sleeping patterns!?
I'm 15 and lately i've been sleeping at around 10pm every night and at average, wake up at around 2am; from 2am until 5am, i can't sleep and always end up reading; and at 5am, i fall asleep again until around 8am!.

Could this have negative effects on my daily life!? on average that's around 7 hours sleep!.

And could this have been spurred on by my chesty cough and blocked nose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know that when I was your age (just 2 years ago) I started having different sleeping habits!. Now they've changed again and yours will too probably!. Ironically, I past the time by readin as well!. Your cough thing probably triggered it as some natural defense!. The average teen needs 8-10 hrs!. of sleep, but most don't get it!. I sleep 7 hrs!. too!. If you're in public school, it'll make you bummed out and may lead to depressional problems, grumpiness, and a rather fun addiction to energy drinks!.(I recommend red bull) Ask your friends if they think you've been different lately!.
