Bad memory, any help?!


Question: Bad memory, any help!?
ok the other day i realized i couldn't remember anything that happend on tuesday 2 weeks ago and yesterday i realized i couldn't remember anything from last saturday!. Its like those days never existed!.

im 14
and im not taking ANY drugs

pick a song and try to memorize the words and then when its finished try and sing it (if your embarrased to do it out loud do it in your head), thats a very effective exersice i use to improve my memory!.

food plays an important role in your memory-improving training!. these are the most effective snacks for a good memory:

*blueberries, white, grapefruit, oranges, apples, chocolate: contain flavonois which improve blood flow & prevent radical memory damage!.

*apricots, oysters, pumpkin, seeds, shrimp, beef, & turkey: rich in iron which helps brain neurotransmitter activity!.

*salmon, tuna, rout: contain omega-3 fatty acids, essential in nerve cell membrane function

*strawberries, tangerines, kiwi, potatoes: rich in vitamin c, prevents memory loss!.

*almonds, mangoes, sunflower seeds, peanuts: vitamin e

*oysters, chicken, turkey, wheat, nuts: Zinc which helps absorb vit!. b6

Did you have any injuries during the week!?

If not:

The only way to have better memory is to memorize things!.
Ex:

Try to memorize your way to someplace by mental images!.
Try to memorize what you have done from time of day to time of day!.
Try to memorize what you have eaten!.(i forget these all the time)
Try to memorize a piece of poem, literature!.
When you excercise your memory it gets stronger!.

Though sometimes, our minds do forget things, extreme forgetfulness and massive memory loss could be something pathologic!.

Though, back in school doctor lecturers recommended us to take Vitamin B Complex = the vitamins for neurons :)

You should talk to your parents and go to a doctor!. Maybe it's a lack of memory and you could take something to help you!. Anyway, I'm 21 and have this problem too!. I don't think it's a disease!. A lot of people can't remember easily what they did even the day before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i go through it everyday, have u experianced any trauma in ur life!? if u have that would be the case, its ur brain protecting ur feelings by blocking out things, so ur brain could be doing that now because its used to blocking out things

dude no way I am 14 my dad said that these pills there called fish oil or something there's allot of kinds go to costco you will see them there sometimes I forgot what the hell I was doing and it helps you in school to used to daydream in class now I get like A'sWww@Answer-Health@Com

it might be too many video games,your 14 right, cut out the video games and read while listening to classical music and you have more chance of remembering stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com
