How can I feel more enthusiastic about life?!


Question: How can I feel more enthusiastic about life!?
Normally I am a fairly energetic, motivated person, but for the past week or so I have found myself slipping into a state of complete inertia!.
I want to be useful somehow - if not to others, then to myself - but for some reason I just can't make myself do anything; and yet I can't enjoy doing nothing, because I feel so guilty about being lazy!. In fact, I have started to feel guilty about everything - even about the food I eat, the possessions I have!.!.!. I feel I deserve nothing!.
Worst of all, I have become disenchanted with things I have always loved!. Up till recently I always managed to find solace in books, but I haven't read anything for days!. What is wrong with me, and how can I resolve this situation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound as if you could have a mild - moderate form of depression, or Seasonally Affected Disorder (SAD)!. Initially I would suggest that you get some exercise, even a daily walk, this will also get you out in whatever light there is!. If there is someone you can talk to this may help!. Have a look at articles online about St!.John's Wort, in Germany this is prescribed by doctors for mild depression and in the UK is available over the counter in chemists and health shops!. But be careful if you are taking any other medication as the St!.John's Wort can affect the action of other drugs!. If things don't improve or get worse go and see your GP!. I am sorry you are feeling like that!. There may be all sorts of reasons, especially if you have never felt like this before!. If it continues see your doctor there may be a medical reason!. If not, find someone you can talk to about how you feel, it may help to clarify what is happening!. Could be the change in the weather and turning the time back!. I firmly believe winter brings with it a sort of depression that is difficult to combat but I suspect you should make sure that you enjoy time with your friends and family and avoid being by yourself!. Join a society and use your time productively!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start a project, new job, make goals, take classes, do things that make you proud of your accomplishments!. Find something that pops you out of bed in the morning and makes it difficult to go to bed at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was feeling the same not long ago is there something blocking you !.
Do you have things that need to get sorted out that you don't want to do just do it and your energy will return!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do something with your family, like dinner or something!. They always help me feel better!. Or maybe with a friend go to a spa or get a massage!. Do something spontaneous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
