Im worried about my memory. what can i do?!


Question: Im worried about my memory!. what can i do!?
hi!. ive always had long term memory and short term my memmory is verry bad but lately im getting really worried! i wake up and sometimes its like yesterday never happened, i cant recall where i put anything or what i wore!. i can make a bed or do the washing then just 15 mins later i have completely forgotten i did it and ask others why they did the washing only to find out i just did it!. its freaking me out abit how bad my memory is getting! i dont do drugs, drink or smoke!. should i see my doc or someone elce about this!? any other coments!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you, Depression can cause short term memory loss but so can thyroid problems which is what I suffered from!. Sometimes I couldn't remember my name, the day, where I was and often put my hands in the oven without the oven mits! can also be due to hormones so go to the docs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe this is happening because you have a lot in your mind!. Is there something that make you stressful or do you face any problems!?
If you do i believe that you are facing this memory problems because of that, your mind is full of worries!.
But, if you are generally ok you should visit a doctor do see what the real problem is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It happens to me too!. You daydream when you do things!. You arent concentrating on the task at hand, therefore you forget you did them!. I did that at work this evening!. I did the same task probably 3 times!. its so annoying!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go and see your doctor, there are several causes of this complaint!.
I`m sure you will get help and piece of mind by seeking medical help!.

You could try some brain games i!.e brain training for ds etc!. These help to get your brain working and they have some memory exercises it is also great fun to play!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i also had this problem i think you must go and see your doctor and talk about this do not let laymen try and sort this out for you their are professionals out there who can help good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
