Question: I don't know what to do!.!.!.!.!?
I am crying, and i can't stop!. I have school in 15 min, and i really don't want to go, i don't want to see my teachers, i am afraid of them all!. This happens to me every school day and i feel tortured!. I am literally afraid of going to school!. What should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

once you get there ditch class to go see a social worker there
as in just dont show up to the class until youve seen someone
for me it was so bad i just stopped showing up

You just have anxiety and having a panic attack, it is just fear but you need to go to the doctor and tell them what is happening to you and they will help you!. Dont worry it is common and doesnt mean your crazy or anything of the sort just need some assistance!. Im not sure how old you are but tell your parents whats happening and ask them to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
