Question: Is trauma and grieving the same!?

My husband is going for a job and I was wondering if trauma and grieving the same!? With out going into to much detail he was in therapy for divorce and a year later his girlfriend killed herself in front of him!. Tell me what you think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes in his case I would say the grieving is caused by the trauma I think that one causes the other they are not the same though!. I think her needs to talk to someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
