Question: Will i ever get over the depression part of bipolar!?
my doc thinks i am bipolar!. that is fine, the problem is that i don't feel unusually happy at times, i feel really bad most of the time, and i think i might just be really depressed!. how do i get over feeling like i can't connect to anyone and like everything i say is fake because it isn't really me!.!.and like i am making the wrong decisions because i can't really feel what i want!? is there any good medicine out there because i have been on almost everything!.!.and do i need an anti depressant!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look I think you need a second opinion most doc's don't like to waste their time in helping other people so they just diagnose them with what ever comes to mind with related symptoms!. Chicks have hormones that can cause any type of mood swings unhappiness, etc!.!.!. well it can be that your not secure with yourself and you think the world can see that,people don't take you serious and dismays your feelings!. Do you love yourself!? Are you on birth control!? If so have your doc change it asap it's definitely that!. if not then ask your doc to put you on them to control you mood swings Birth control are not just used for their name they are used for many different reasons ask your obgyn and you pysc!.

If your Doc is not a psychiatrist!.!.!.go see one!. He/she is the best one to prescribe meds for bi-polar as well as working on some of the issues you are having!. As I understand it, bi-polar is "mood swings" and if discussed you may find reasons for them!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
