Question: Moodgym!.org - give it a try!?
I am suffering with depression at the moment like most of you!.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is some I have try before via books, but I didn't really think it was much help!.

However I think its something that people with depression need to do all the time!. We all have are limitations and I think that maybe with depression are just too hard on themselves!.

I beat myself up about things that are simple mistakes, but I can't seem to forgive myself for not being perfect!. I am a very loving forgiving person, but for some reason don't do it to myself!.

moodgym!.org is very good because it does quizzes that give you a person analysis!. I have only just started, but its free and so far I think it can really benefit you!.

It's crazy there are so many bad people out there that never get depression!. CBT gives you tools to help protect yourself against this illness!. I also think that mediation is really good for help you be at peace with yourself!. Both these method take a long time to work, but I think it

It's an Australian website with a good reputation!. The ANU is an acronym for Australian National University, in Canberra, A!.C!.T!. The website is often recommended by mental health professionals, both in Oz, and New Zealand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
