How to Calm myself down for preparing the fight?!


Question: How to Calm myself down for preparing the fight!?
There is a school fight commming, i am very excitied about it and can't concentrate much is there any advice how i can calm myself down until the fight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I've been in my fair share of fights!. First thing!. If your not an experienced fighter, don't fight someone who is!. You either won't remember it or wish you didn't!.

As far as calming down, Breathe Slowly!. Relax your muscles!. Going in tense and worked up will burn more energy and then it won't be long before the other guy gets in a good hit and your our due to exhaustion!.

But honestly!? It's a school fight!. It won't last long and it won't get too bad before it's broken up!. Let him through the first punch, if at all possible don't let that punch connect!. Throwing a punch makes it self defense but if you knock his *** out before it gets to you then he looks like a *****!. Then tear him down as fast as you can!. Once he is on the ground walk away!. Don't hit him on the ground or your *** is grass!. And if you do major damage your seriously ******!. You take all responsibility!.

Never make a fight out of something that doesn't deserve one!.
Girl/boyfriends are absolutely not worth fighting over unless he just attacked them or something of that nature!. If he wants to make a fight out of it, take care of him!.
School yard bullshit!? Eh, if you feel like it go for it but realize you are putting a lot on the line, even if you beat his *** his lawyer can still come back and sue yours!.

Many people discover it can be very difficult to calm down after a particularly stressful day at work or home!. Fights are all mental, maybe 10% physical!. I know of people that outweighed the opposer by over 200 pounds and got their as* handed to them!.

You cant calm down simply said!. Your adrenaline is pumping, ready for fight or flight defensive to take course!. Until it happens your body is going to be preparing to protect itself, so you will always feel "on edge"

Just take care of yourself and when its time to fight, dont go too far!. theres always a point where you need to control yourself and be the bigger man!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get down do pushups
do sum weightlifting
nd convince urself ur gunna kick that son of a ******** ***

Do you mean boxing, or a bar-style fight!? I would think that you should try breathing exercises, stretching, jumping jacks, stuff like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take your mind off the fight and do things to keep yourself busy!!
