What should I do? Do you think it's anything serious?!

Question: What should I do!? Do you think it's anything serious!?
I have been really really stressed lately!. Job, boyfriend/exboyfriend, money, home life, living situation, my health, basically life in general!. I feel like it's starting to catch up to me and I feel distressed!. As each day goes on I feel more scared and nervous of things that used to be no problem!. For example driving: I was in an accident on August 31, I wasn't hurt at all, my car was totaled!. My mom hit a deer a few weeks ago and totaled her car!. In the last week I have had a few close calls with one lady merging into my lane next to my car and I had to swerve almost going onto the sidewalk!. This morning I was going up a hill and another car in the opposite direction wanted to pass a stopped garbage truck that was at the top of the hill so he went around it in my lane and we almost hit head on!. All these little things in every aspect of my life keep piling on each other!. Now my heart has started beating harder and I have chest pain in my upper chest!. It's in the middle right below my neck but above my boobs!. That's becoming a regular thing!. Sometimes I just feel like I can't handle everything and the pain and it drives me crazy in my head and I don't know what to do but I just want everything to stop and freeze so I can't feel anything!. Since that obviously isn't possible I usually just feel really uncomfortable and hope something distracts me or I cry for hours until all the nervousness and chest pain dies down a bit!. What do you think is wrong with me!? I have an appointment with my therapist on thursday and my medication specialist is in the same building so they will tell me what I should do but until then I'm on YA!. Anyone else ever experience something like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yeah its normal to feel chest pain when your stressed!. Its nothing serious though that will effect you!.

Its anxiety!. LIke you stated all the near crashes and wrecks that have occured are cuasing you anxiety and anxiety is whats causing the pain in your chest!. Although not life threatening, the anxiety/stress can build up and cause a panic attack which will make you feel like your dying!.

Hopefully you can get help from the therapist, but try to stay away from medication!. I've tried multiple ones and i have come to find im medication resistant!. If you cant help it though, dont take xanax or ativan!. instead go for Cymbalta or LExapro, they are non addicting nad help significantly reduce anxiety!.

I wish you all the bestWww@Answer-Health@Com
