I don't understand myself at the moment, is this something i should seek hel!


Question: I don't understand myself at the moment, is this something i should seek help about!? !?
I feel, like i am stressed, anxious about everything, i'm always on the verge of shouting at someone over the littlist thing and just generally stay quiet, and completely shut off from everyone and everything!.

But i don't understand why!. Family life is fine, we don't really talk to eachother about personal lives, but everyone gets along fine, no-one rows or anything, college is going well, i'm even a month ahead on coursework, and on time for another coursework, i have a great boyfriend who loves me very much and have been together for just over 6 months, i have great friends that support me in everything!.

So what the hell can be causing me to feel like this!?!

I'm just getting even more frustrated with myself and i hate it!. I can't talk to anyone about it apart from my boyfriend who only really gets select information because i don't want him to worry about me!.

I just feel like crying all the time cause i'm so frustrated!.

I'm just worried, i don't know whether its something i should talk to my GP about or something!.

It's possible that you are not allowing yourself to be aware of something that is going on that is bothering you, or you might have a chemical imbalance affecting your mood!.
Here are some good ideas:
1!. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming!.
2!. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State!.
3!. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
