I know what you mean, actually stress stresses me out!. When I get stressed I try and think of the good things in my life!. My family, friend, bla bla!. And when it's good time I do things I like that I know will relieve some of that stress!. I like to walk, but the best thing is cook!. I love to cook for others!. I also write out the things that get to me, to let them go!. So think of what you enjoy and what relieves the tension in you!. Hopefully that helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes, the best answer to stress is a bit counter-intuitive!. However, for the kind of persistent stress with the symptoms you're describing I would recommend exercising!. It'll give you more productive energy during the day and will help you be more tired at night!.
Combine exercise with cutting back on caffeine and spending extra time taking care of yourself (longer baths, scented candles, etc!.)

just try to relax, get everything off your mind and go somewhere peaceful or nice- like that park!. read a book that will get you new thoughts and get the old ones of your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try unwinding some, read a book, listen to music, try yoga, spray ur pillow with lavender spray to help with sleep, buy Kalms, be creative,Www@Answer-Health@Com
