How do you calm down?!
Question: How do you calm down!?
After something has gona horribly wrong, like public embarrasment, what do you do to calm down!.!.!.!.because I'm freaking out I think I'm going to throw up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for myself i listen to very hard music!. one with screaming!. i lip sing to the words and just let out my anger!. while i walk around the block once or twice!. it calms you down so you can face the world!. so go get you some Really hard rock music my friend!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i lay in bed because i have a problem called asperger disorder and just a bunch of talking in a hallway can make me melt!. to calm myself down i just push on my eyes or just try to relax and think of a subject i love like coral snakes!. i do this and i am a aspie so it may not work for you because aspies are aliens to nt's like you if you are a nt or neurotypical (normal)

If you don't have any anti-anxiety medication, then take deep breaths!. Remember, everyone embarasses themselves all the time, it's not just you!. Read a book or watch TV to try to get your mind off of whatever happened!.

I've always had bad social anxiety!. I always feel like people are staring at me, just waiting for me to embarass myself so they can laugh at me, that sort of thing!. One day I was at the grocery store and I had such an anxiety attack that everyone was staring at me, I forgot half of my groceries at the store and ran out!. I got home and realized what I did and that it was time to get help!. So I made an appointment with a psychiatrist the next day!. And went back and picked up my groceries!.

Have a very cold drink to jit the nerve at the back of your throat to slow your heartbeat down!.
Try rescue remedy drops!.
breathe deeply in for 4 and out for 4 for a few minutes ensuring the breath is being taken down into your stomach!.

Take deeeeeeppp breathes!.Pray that God would make the situation go away!.Take a hot bubble bath to relax,or if the situation JUST happened,laugh it off!.Youll feel alot less embarassed and calmer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
