Question: Its getting bad!.!.!. iv turned to drugs!?

I went through a severe depression for a about 2years and i didnt take any antidepressants (only for a few weeks during the whole 2years)
Thank god my depression has gone but the thing is i cant eat or sleep like before! I force myself to eat 1 meal a day and i only sleep for a few hours a day!. I havnt had proper sleep for years!.!. Im sick and tierd of it so i started blazing (im NOT addicted) i do it for medical reasons!. It really helps me cause when i get the muchies i can eat and then all i want to do is sleep!. It has helped me alot these few weeks!.
I know its not safe but i dnt know what to do! Shall i take sleeping pills instead!? Please dnt say take a bath, read a book!. Its not that easy, its been like this for 2years!.

If your sleep and eating have been disturbed for 2 years it is time to start retraining your body!. Once a person has had already adjusted to a change in appetite or energy level their body becomes used to it!. Unfortunately while smoking might make you hungrier your body is now learning to associate marijuana with eating!. You need to put into action a change in behavior!. While it is not easy to change behaviors you might consider going to bed at the same time each night, not napping, trying meditation or a sound machine!. If changes in behavior are not possible right now you might consider getting a sleep aid from your MD!. Sleep aids are only intended for short term use while your body gets used to sleeping and even with the medication it is suggested that you maintain a routine at bed time!. With eating you might want to start off by eating a small amount throughout the day!. Like having a piece of fruit or yogurt in the morning and a half of a sandwich at lunch!. Something to get yourself used to eating more than once a day!. The other thing to consider is getting a physical!. Sometimes medical issues can cause problems with eating and sleeping, a simple blood test may rule out some of these possible causes!. I hope you sleep well soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's ok, I understand when you say it's not easy to sleep by just reading a book or taking a bath!. I have been battling insomnia for years and trying to convince my parents that doing simple tasks that "normal" people do to get to sleep, do NOT work!. I take ambien for sleep at night!. It works weird in a way that it stops your worrying and thoughts in your head so that you can sleep for a full 8 hours!. It's much more healthier than blazing and safe and legal!. Of course there is some risk of dependency with every drug so be careful and read the information on the website!. :) I hope that you can ask your doctor to perscribe it to you!. Tell him or her about your depression and issues with sleeping!. They can also give you a 7 day free trial with ambien CR!.

EDIT - I saw "IV" and drugs and put the two together, my appology!. At any rate my answer is still pretty much the same!. Your question title reads "Its getting bad iv turned to drugs" - that should maybe say something to you!.

Either you live with the drugs or you don't there is no middle ground!. And if you use the drugs, cool man! That's you're choice but don't try to tell people that you're not happy with life and smoke ganja and expect them not to say well gee maybe its the weed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
