Answers:
Yes, but don't become reliant on it!. do it for the first few times but eventually ease off on it and cut it right back till you don't need any alcohol to give you this confidence!.

You can do this speaking without alcohol, it just might take you a couple of times to learn to do it without it!.
You will feel better when you don't need to have a drink before doing something difficult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

having a shot or two has helped me give the only speech i have ever made - i couldn't have done it without a little alcohol!!

you just want to make sure you don't overdo it b/c you don't want to appear sloppy for your speech

good luck during your speech, whether you do it completely sober, slightly buzzing or absolutely hammered!!

Sure!. Having a drink can give you a very subtle, relaxed feeling without impairing your thinking or speaking!. I wouldn't get into the habit of it TOO much, or you'll start having to have more than "a drink" to get calmed down!. But no harm in doing it now and again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think as long as your aren't slurring your words or drunk you should be okay!. A drink or even two shouldn't be to bad, just make sure not to over do it!. Public speaking can be nerve wrecking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd try something else!. It's too easy to accidentally drink a little too much, especially when you're nervous and thinking about other things!. I've seen it go bad with people who started that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People have been doing that for years!. That's why it's called "liquid courage"!.

As long as you aren't sloppy teetered, I don't think there's a problem with it at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely, it will loosen you up and allow you to flow :) Many public speakers and TV hosts and personalities do this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Surrre, why not!? As long as it's not something too strong that'll get you tipsy if you're a light-weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea nothing bad about a bit of dutch courageWww@Answer-Health@Com
