Question: Everyone needs 8 hours of sleep per night!?
I mean doesn't it depend on the person!? can't someone need more than 8 hours of sleep per night!? how can you find out how much you need to sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 hours is a generalized number!. Some need more, some less!. If you feel you can't function optimally on 8, try 9!.

Give yourself a good sleep routine!. That's what usually makes people feel the most rested!. It's not all about the hours of sleep!. Try going to bed and waking up around the same time for a week or so!. Hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can need more than 8 hours of sleep a night to feel properly rested!. Just like some people need less than 8, others need more!. It's absolutely nothing to do with laziness! That's like saying people who need less than 8 hours sleep are just maniacal!.

Everyone is different and we each need different amounts of sleep to feel rested!.

I need 8 now that I'm older, used to go on 3 or none for years in my prime - it is the average recommended sleep kind of like an RDA on vitamins and calories - it doesn't apply to everyone, you should take sleep as you need it - Margret Thatcher is reported to have lived on 2 hours a night during her term and prime of prime-ministry!. It depends on your general health and activity level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone regardless doesnt "need" that ammount of sleep!. thats the reccommended!. Any more sleep than that is just lazyness!. So no, you dont "need" that much sleep to function!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
