Question: I feel so weighted down and stressed!.!. someone help me!?
Lately, I have been stressed more than ever in my life!. I have anxiety, and have had anxiety attacks!. I need to do something for myself, is there anything to reduce my stress and help me to relax!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you seen a psychiatrist about this problem!. There are many safe medications for anxiety!. Talking to friends is good and helps get your mind off of what you are feeling!. I know that anxiety can be disabling so try to do something that you like doing!. You don't deserve to live with this, I hope you will see your psychiatrist or if you don't have one please see one!. I speak from experience!. I now take medication for my anxiety and it completely relieves it!. Take Care!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are lots of things you can do!. Look up on the internet about relaxation techniques and breathing techniques!. I recommend a book called overcoming anxiety and shyness as this will explain a lot of what you are going through and ways of how to help yourself when you are feeling anxious!. Another thing is called mindfulness where instead of worrying about the future or your past you concentrate on the now so if you feel anxious or are going to have an anxiety attack try and distract yourself by looking closely at something and really taking in all the details of it!. If you are in a busy place then count how many people have red tops on etc this will get you to focus on the here and now and will calm you down!. I would say go to a doctor!.!. sometimes anxiety problems can lead to WAY more serious ones like drinking or drugs to try & escape the anxiety!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
