okay so my mom has decide we (me and her) should go to counseling together to help our relationship !.!.!.
and well i really tryed to get to this point when she would take just me there but if we go together will the therapist want to talk to us one on one at least once!? cuz i really want to tell the therapist about my cutting!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most definitely!. Counselors know that some things are hard to admit to a relative and them at the same time, so they will very likely have a one on one with at least you, and probably her too!. If you were to mention to the counselor, or slip him/her a note telling how you want to speak to them alone, he/she would probably do so!. It can't hurt, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
You will see the therapist the first time with your mom!. Then there will be sessions with you alone!. This will be your opportunity to get help for your cutting!. Please do talk to the therapist about it!. the therapist will see your mother alone!. And then there will be session with both of you together!. Her/his first job is to get to know each one of you individually and what problems there are!. I am so glad that your mother is doing this!. She has to love you a lot to have made this serious step towards help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well does your mom know!? Maybe you should tell her first!. Or you could tell them at the same time!. But before you just show him or her the cuts warn them say something like this is what I do to myself when im upset!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i been through lots of therapy and hosiptal stays they normal see you both together than your mom than you!.!.i think your mom would like to hear it from you first about your cuttingWww@Answer-Health@Com
