Question: How can I stop being so stressed!? Its making me sick!.!?

Stress isn't the danger here, the worry is!. The worry is like the plague!. Once it gets hold of you it won't let you go!. The worry changes the brain patters and you get so used to the worry that you start looking for things to worry about when there's nothing to worry about!.

Been there, done that, don't want to go back!. :)

Managing stress (worry is a symptom) is not easy!. Read a couple of self-help books or better yet, see a therapist!.

Don't let it go on!. Stress and worry will eat you up from inside and if you don't listen to your body, you will get physically sick!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friends sister is the same way, she got so anxious and worried all the time that she ended up throwing up at least once a day!. I worry a lot too and I have had to learn how to differentiate between the things that you can actually do something about and the things that you can't!. Like if there is something that is bothering you look at it as a problem!. If there is a problem there is a solution!. So find the best solution for you and fix the problem, don't make it too complicated!. If there is something bothering you that you have no control over then that is hard, you have to learn how to let it go!. Realize that you have no control over it and that it only makes you feel worse spending time and energy worrying over it!.
I think one of the things that helps me the most is learning how to simplify your life!. If there is a lot of clutter around your room and stuff, that can cause over stimulation, and that on top of stress only makes it worse!. Learn how to take a break if you need one!. Go some where quiet and and that you find peaceful, and just relax for a while!. Let it all go!.
Also writing helps a lot, it gives you a chance to get what ever is bothering you out of you!. Like that song called breathe!.!.!. She says if I get it all down on paper it's no longer inside of me threatening the life it belongs to!.!.!.!.

This sort of thing takes a plan to over come!. You can do it with help!. First lean on the Lord, then find a counselor and talk over your stresses with them!. They will help you find the fear and frustration!. They will help you know how to re think your situation!.
It could also be a medical condition!. Don't put yourself down!. With these steps you can over come this problem!.
Don't wait in finding a good counselor!. Worry can make you sick!. You most likely will avoid making some bad choices with this simple steps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you just need to take the time to relax more!. Think of the things that you love to do, and things that comfort you!. Take the time to do something you enjoy everyday!. It helps to have unwavering faith in yourself!. Is there something more serious going on in your life right now that is making you feel this way!? If so, try to resolve whatever is going on!. I am the same way, I just got back from my doctors office cause I have been having chest pain, he said that it is stress!. I don't know why I stress out so much over everything!. stop everything! take a vacation and when you start working again minimize the number of activities you do!. take up yoga!. do something relaxing every day and soon you will be as cool as a cucumber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
