Major de ja vu...............?!

sometimes, but not very often, i get this extreme feeling of de ja vu that happens constantly every couple of seconds for a whole day and sometimes into the next day , i feel so unreal and strange, every thing i see hear feel and think of has happened before! it happens every few months and is totally out of my control, i can function as normal when it happens but i do feel afraid that it isnt going to stop and i am going crazy!! any ideas!?!? i DONT do drugs!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone has instances of de ja vu, drug user or not!. There are different theories for why it exists!. Whatever the reason it's usually not a bad thing!.!.!.unless it's making you paranoid and anxious!. If that is the case then you may be masking some other issue in your life and you should probably seek help!. If that isn't the case, go with the feeling and determine what you're supposed either learn from it, or what decision you're supposed to make next in the opportunity to live the moment over again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wow, that is so weird! I have had deja vu many times before, but it has only lasted maybe ten seconds at a time at most!. Did you know that humans don't use most of their brain!? Well, sometimes I think that maybe we have the power to tell the future, and when we experience deja vu, maybe we are using a part of our brain that we normally don't use!. Those are just my thoughts!. Or maybe our whole life has been planned out!. It's weird to think about!. Hope things work out with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
