i felt like i was on one for the last six years, up and down, but never sorted!. i've been off my meds for 5 months now and i'm soooo chuffed with myself!. feels good out of the fog!. hard work and a lot of effort (counselling and cbt) and i'm out the other side!.

I had two moments in my life when i had to be signed off not being able to cope then i had a breakdown and i am now starting to recover!. It was not a nice experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
