Help Coping with Stress?!


Question: Help Coping with Stress!?
A lot of people I know are complaining about being stressed, including me!. Why is everyone stressed!? Could it be because the season is changing into winter where I live!? When I wake up in the morning I feel like something huge is missing in my life even tho there really isn't!.!.!. I have a pretty good family, a nice boyfriend, good friends, and a new and better job so why do I feel so depressed and stressed out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Suddenly change in our life, turning point will cause us to stress out sometimes!.
Talk to your family or your boy friend, let them know how you feel!.
Can do some exercise also, that's what I have been doing and I feel very positive and it's like, I can take control of anything that comes to me!.
Do the things you like to do!.

Working out is good for stress relive, also talking to the ppl around you, ppl that love you, or going to a shrink if the problem consists!.

And if you have a feeling that something is missing- maybe something is, try to think about it, maybe its something small, maybe the solution is something simple- like getting a hubby, or going on a short vacation, or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
