Answers:
It can be if you're referred for it via a doctor, although you may have to wait a small while!. If you paid you might get seen quicker!. But i know for a fact you can get CBT on the NHSWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is available for free on the NHS!. However it depends on where you live!. CBT is not available in all areas, and if it is there is usually a minimum 2 year waiting list!.

Some NHS trusts aswel will offer it only to those in most need of it!. If you wish to receive CBT you will need to go to your GP to discuss it with them!. They will refer you to a specialist you will first assess your suitability for CBT!. People think CBT is an easy way to treat their problems but it is not that easy!. You need to be prepared to work hard!. CBT involves homework tasks to help you overcome your problem!. CBT therapists help you by teaching you techniques to help you change your cognition's which in turn help you change your behaviour!.

It is an effective treatment for those prepared to take it seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes CBT is free on the NHS but there is a long waiting list and you have to be referred!. If you want it to happen now then it would be easier to pay for it and it is not cheap!. I am currently waiting to see if i can get CBT on NHS!.
First i went to my doctor who knew my history of mental health and referred me to see the surgeries mental health nurse, i started seeing her monthly but got very bad and she had me assessed by the psychiatrist and then i started seeing my nurse once a week!. She then referred me to the local psychological therapies team who i am waiting for an appointment to be assessed with them and if they feel i need therapy then i will start to see someone there to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, CBT is available on the NHS for free if your dr thinks you are really in need of it!. For milder mental health problems dr's will normally refer you to low intensity therapists first!. These are designed for a few, brief sessions where you can talk about your problems and discuss coping techniques!. Counselling may also be recommended first!. Waiting lists for CBT are usually very long, some people have to wait years so choose to go private!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you will need to get referred through your gp and right now the nhs are in the process-or are, of pouring in a lot of money to ensure people can have CBT as they realise the need for it has become more necessary Www@Answer-Health@Com
