Question: I cant sleep and then i cant concentrate !?
i cant sleep at night cuz im haing a lot of problems at home and now wen i go to school i cant concentrate and then i cant do my work and then i get told off its getting worse please help me Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you need to sort out the home problems!. If you don't, then you will keep having sleep issues along with poor concentration in school, which will get worse and worse!. As I don't know what the problems are or the extent to what they may be, then I can only guess that it's to do with the family or something along those lines!. Have you tried talking to anyone about this!? Some say that 'a problem shared is a problem halved'!. Getting these problems off your chest to a friend, teacher or close relative will give you the first step to sorting it out!.
