Question: What do her reactions mean!?
You complimented your very quiet coworker on how good her work ethic is!. She smiled but immediately claimed that what she was working on required no real thinking!. You still claimed that her work ethic was great!. She repeated the same counterclaim!. A few minutes later, you asked her a payroll question and she started blushing and then called herself a moron when it comes to stuff like that because she didn't know the answer!. Later on in the day, you complimented her work ethic again, but she just looked up, slightly tensed her shoulders / sank her head and smiled!. Then a few seconds later, she looked down and quietly thanked you!.

it seems like shes just a bit shy and maybe isn't used to getting so much good attention and receiving compliments!. i dont think it means anything bad!. she was just being modest and not wanting to seem arrogant or anything!. maybe she doesn't feel all that great about herself and was a bit embarrassed!. she is just shy i think!. She sounds like a very nice person with self esteem isssues!. People with low self esteem are embarrassed by compliment, not that they don't like them!. You're doing the right and the good thing by complimenting her!. Maybe you can sit down and talk to her sometimes this can help her build her confidence!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
it could mean that she's just very shy!. there is a lot of people who don't know how to take a compliment!. but! it could mean she has an underlying problem !. maybe she has no self worth!. it could be a lot of things!. see if you can get her to open up some to you!. just be very careful how you handle it!.

She felt abit shy with you complimented her she actually doesn't want to response on it with when she observed your going on complimenting her she better thought of thanking you may to get rid off those compliments obviously once or twice is good you had over reacted over on her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
