I can only talk from my own experiences, but I would agree with you and say schizophrenia!.
My brother's schizophrenic and it's pretty much ruining his life!. It's very sad!.
I read somewhere that psychosis (schizophrenia/other psychotic illnesses) is rated by the World Health Organization in the top 5 most disabling conditions, higher than paraplegia and blindness!. Correct me if I'm wrong though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Untreated almost any mental illness can become as debilitating!. I'm bipolar and I know it's an utter pain in the @ss, but I'm not going to discount other issues that I have little to no experience with!. There needs to be more understanding of mental illness in general, not arguing over who's worse-off!.

I don't think that there is a 'worst' mental illness; we each deal with our own in different ways!.
For example, someone with depression might think it's the most awful thing in the world whereas another might see the light, get help and not think of it as being that bad!.
Nobody can have a million different mental illnesses so you can't pick which is worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Reactive Attachment Disorder!. Being traumatized within the first two years of life and that's how you are hard wired for the rest of your life!. It comes with most of all the symptoms of the other major disorders, but drugs can not fix this one!. There is no chemical imbalance!. Yes, schizophrenia is a debilitating illness, but so is bipolar or clinical depression!. There are so many mental illnesses!. We have to support anyone with these illnesses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depression!. It affects everyone at some point like me even now!. A lot of people today are affected and it is expected to spread and spread!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
