I am always mad at myself! ?!


Question: I am always mad at myself! !?
Why can't I be at peace or just happy!? Yes I do suffer from depression, and yes I take 150 mlg twice a day, but I am always hard on myself!. I never get enough done, or never do it right!. I can't even sleep good at night bc my mind is always going! I just want some peace with myself!. Yes I am farley happy, but once in awhile I just get in these ruts, where I look back at things I have done, and all I think is how I screwed it up, or it wasn't good enough! I am a hard worker, and I bust my *** at work and at home, and take great pride in what I do!. I never take a break I am always doing something,always on the go, but that is just not good enough! Why can't I find peace!? Why can't I just be happy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

this may seem really weird
but it might be as simple as a vitamin deficiency
i would really look into taking fish oil, vitamin b complex, saint johns wort and multi vitamin !. yes sound funny but i have notice my husband is so much happier after doing this!. i would do some research on this because i was amazed on what your body does to you when your lacking something this simple!.
i would also commit myself to a light work out to

You can't do everything, be perfect at everything, win 100% of the time!. Let yourself off the hook a little bit!. As for the racing thoughts, you sound like my mom!. She makes herself ill with thinking and worrying unnecessarily!. For me, spirituality has been the key!. peace and happiness can never come from the outside world, or depending on anything on the earth!. Only spirituality / faith / God can fill that emptiness and bring the peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all i can tell you is its more common than you might think!.
i do the same thing its like a little voice niggling you
saying why did you do this or that and its just little things
like "you should have got that girls number"or why didn't you say this to them at work" i think its stress related!.
i think you should come of the anti depressants!.
from my experience drugs make it worse

Get a massage!. That time is for you to relax and be in your body!. It sounds like you may have a bit of an anxiety problem!. Workout and practice breathing exercises!.
