Question: I have this cutting problem !? !?

The thing is that I`m always cutting my hair !.!. Like I dont know but ever since I can remember , I`ve always been cutting my hair !.!. im 13 and no , I dont want to be a hairstylist and I dont cut anywhere else like my wrists or something !.!. Is it some kind of psycho problem !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
