I can't sleep! I always see him!?!
Question: I can't sleep! I always see him!!?
ok, last tuesday my friend showed me a video to creep me out(you know those stupid ones where you wait a while and a disgusting vile dirty face appears)!.
Now I have a VERY vivid imagination so when ever i look in a dark room I almost see him!! the last three night I have had horrible panic attacks because I think he's there!. :(
Please help I need some sleep!. I can't get him out of my mind! No mean comments please!.
If you want to see the video of him go to youtube and type in real ghost!. I think its the first video on the list but im not sure!. watch and wait!.!.!.!.!.
also I have OCD i don't know if that would make a difference though!.!.!.

ive had this same sort of problem!. i kept thinkin about the monster and i cant sleep!.
i tried that if i watch another movie b4 i go to sleep (a funny looking guy or a funny movie)that movie gets stuck on my head and the monster goes away my head for the mean time while i think of the funny movie that i watched!. if i remember him again i just keep thinkin about the funny movie if you have a pet let him sleep next to you if ur really scaredWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok, first off, jason, yur sick!. second that happened to me!!! but i slept with my blanket, my little stuffed dog, AND my elmo (elmo is the best) and i just closed my eyes, put my ipod on, and made up really cool stories in my head! omg it was like it was a really story!!! it happened 2 years ago, i'm 14 and i still love elmo! it also helps because i have a cross over my bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
gah i hate thoughs things! try listening to music, that usually helps!. and if you have a boyfriend or crush, think about his face and wy you love him, picture him instead!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
