Something seems odd here, is this normal mental progression?!

Question: Something seems odd here, is this normal mental progression!?
In just these few months of my sophomore year of college I finally have found I really want a GF (didn't want one all the way through high school), gone through intense series of depression, and basically had everything that was mentally related to puberty happen to me!.!.!. at the age of 20!. I've never been so stressed in my life, where before I used to be extremely laid back!. I'm still calm enough that I can examine these things now (in a sleep deprived state of mind) and observe that yes, I am overreacting over these things, but I still feel this way!. Is that the way this normally works!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to make sense of this, and I think what you are saying is that you are only now experiencing what your peers went through some years ago!. Everyone reaches "mental" puberty at their own pace, so it is possible that everything is still ok in that area!. However, you are also in college now, and there are additional stresses associated with that!. It is understandable that you might be a little overwhelmed by it all, and feeling pulled in different directions!. It is important to take care of both your need to study and your need to socialize and develop relationships!. Also try to make sure to keep as regular a sleep schedule as possible!. I know that can be unrealistic in college, but do your best, because keeping that one thing structured can help keep everything else in balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
