Hi Kelly!.!.!. mine is too!.

I think it may be despair!. Or a little bit of hopelessness as well, and a feeling of a loss of power!. Like there is nothing you can do!.

It might be grieving!.!.!. like for the loss of a loved one!.!.!. except you have lost your dreams!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress will make your muscles tense and unfortunately depression can cause physical problems to your body as well!.
What you need to do is find something relaxing to do if you can!. Some people find exercising to raise your heart beat releases endorphins that make you feel better!.
Sometimes physical illness can cause depression too!. You may be unaware that one of your organs or perhaps your skeletal system and muscles are out of alignment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The more you think about pain, the more it hurts!. (Look up "Bottleneck theory" for an explanation of this!.)
There's also the fact that depression and physical pain share many contributing factors, like stress or illness!. And depression can cause you to do things that make your body hurt: lying in bed all day, crying yourself sick, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lack of "happy" endorphines (I forget what they are called) in the brain, hence less oxygen to the body, hence sore joints/muscles due to being starved of oxygen and when depressed many people become less active resulting in stiffness/soreness!. Feel Better!.

it's the stress, think about it!. you're always feeling down, it's gonna hurt your physical well being eventually!. You should find something to cheer you up a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body probably been tensed for quite a while already, and the depression is releasing that tension causing muscle aches!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It suppresses adrenalin & endorphins which excite the body!.
Try to find an interest, something or someone to excite you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
