I am having a lack of confidence?!


Question: I am having a lack of confidence!?
I am lacking confidence, even though my friends tell me I am so beautiful!. And I have a ton of friends!. I mean I am barely ever like this! I am usually always happy and confident in my life!. I am just going through this phase where I don't know who I am!. And I feel I don't belong!. I can be a bit shy, and I wish I had better conversation skills, but I don't know what to do about this! Is there anyone that can help me!?

It's normal to feel out of place sometimes!. Even the cool kids sometimes feel like that too!. And about your shyness the best way to get rid of it is by joining clubs(if you are in school) with some of your friends it will help you to meet more people!. For your conversation skills just start practicing with your friends and ask them for feed backs!. Another way to improve your conversation skills is just to talk to people in the street!. For ex!. ask for the time or directions or just say a comment about something ( oh those shoes are cute) even though you don't mean it or don't need the time or directions!. Believe me it will help you a lot!. I used to be really shy and i couldn't speak in public but then i started doing this and it worked!.

Confidence comes with age, but until you become all old and grey!.!.!.
get your self around confident ppl and note what they do how they act etc!.
Get rid of confident friends and ppl who drag you down or are pessimistic about new things or situations!.
Find a subject you love or something that you are really good at and become brilliant at it!.
Stick with like minded ppl and try new things!.!.!.Start out small,instead of using the machines go to the tellers and chat a little bit!. Join a group where you all have the same thing in common like writing or music etc!. Most importantly don't be afraid to make mistakes in life, be brave get out there!.

It sounds like you are suffering from a bit of low self esteem!. I recommend a book called overcoming low self esteem by Melanie fennel!. This will help you understand your emotions and has a self help part in the back so you can work on you self esteem at home!. If this gets worse i recommend seeing a doctor about it but at the moment i think this book would help you!. Remember teenage years are very difficult and all teenagers have ups and downs it's part of growing up!! Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i know it's hard, but you should really try to stop finding satisfaction in others' opinions of yourself!. at the end of the day, you'll have to please yourself, so you might as well begin loving yourself, right!? read some books on self-perception!. think!. pray!. talk to a licensed counselor or an older peer you trust!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just tell yourself that you are a great person, if you are you will know that you are!. and you should just try to keep your hopes up as best you can! just tell yourself that things will go back to normal soon and that you know your beautiful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
