talk to her about it!. just sit her down and ask her to listen and not say anything until you're done!. if she freaks out after you tell her how you're feeling, then maybe it's time for you to find someone that can help you and make you happy rather than worthless and irrelevant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you sure she is the right girl!? If she doesn't make you feel good about yourself, surely she isn't the right girlfriend for you!. If, however, you see the sort of qualities you like in her, then my advice is to suggest that she treats your opinion with a little more respect as your not feeling happy at the moment!. If she loves you, she really should take this into account and hopefully she will see that you are feeling uncomfortable and maybe change the way she speaks to you!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

A narcissist is impossible to cope with because of their mental state!. You can either be a tool/enabler for a narcissist, or a man-god!. They will worship your every word if you are a man-god!. When the logic breaks or things are proven wrong, that authority is discarded for a new one!.

It sounds like you fall into the tool category!. She is using you!. She probably doesn't even see you as a person!.

Find a girl who is nice!. Unless you have a bunch of kids and complicated property arrangements, there is no need to tie yourself down to misery!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I too have APD and i had a boyfriend of 5 years who use to put me down, would laugh when i had an opinion etc, it made me feel so worthless!. We ended and i was heartbroken but now after the usual mourning for a past relationship i truly feel so much happier!. I have realised we were not right for each other and he couldn't support me with my disorder and thats what i needed!. It didn't make him a bad person he just didn't understand what i am going through!.
You have two choices really, explain to your girlfriend how you feel and hopefully it will get better or you need to end it!. You need someone who can bring the confidence out of you not feel even more worthless!. Again this isn't her fault but it is hard to understand a disorder if you have never been through it!. I hope you make the right choice for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have to realize that unless she seeks therapy for her conditon, either you'll have to live with it (because it won't change) or move on!.!.!.!.sorryWww@Answer-Health@Com
