You could have mites!. You can't see them but they feel crawly!.
Or sometimes worms hide in the body!. Watch Discovery, there is a show about bugs in the body!.

Try some skin lotion and see if that calms it down!. If not any kind of withdrawal can cause that!. Maybe too much caffeine!? This time of year though I'd suspect dry itchy skin first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
