When I walk into a room full of stangers and everyone is looking at me I think I look stupid, I think they are looking at me because I am so fat and ugly, then I think I'm going to end up saying or doing something stupid, I feel really outplace!. I actually try to avoid going to places where I don't know anyone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
i personally fell pretty awkward!. i fell like i was am an outcast and i start getting nervous because i think there is something wrong with me!. i than get even more nervous when i am ready to sit because if i see people talking i automatically think it is about me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if not then i smile be polite and always get involved in conversation!. im very quite naturally but people think you re weird when you re quite so its best to speak up i find!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
