How to handle testing anxiety?!


Question: How to handle testing anxiety!?
I have mild anxiety!. Most days I have no problems, but other days I feel very overwhelmed!. I want to take a test to get my degree, I just am overcome with anxiety!. The idea of taking the test (which is a retest btw!. I passed the first part and I have to retake the second part!.) is amplifying my anxiety!.
If I don't pass this time, I would have to go back to school for a refresher course, at least 80 more hours!. This environment is not the friendliest!. Which I realize is probably the main contributor to my anxiety!.

How do I get over this and go on with my life and pursue the career I worked so hard to achieve!?

Please do not suggest meds!. They do not work!. I have tried different kinds of meds, to no avail!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need some peace in your life!.

Stop allowing your serenity is be affected by things you have no control over !. Accept things as they are , not as you want them to be !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can get a note from your doctor you may be able to get special considerations for the exam, for example extra time or being able to take the exam in a private roomWww@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should try some stress management activities, Running, swimming, yoga, or any kind of meditation!. It might help! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
