Did I have an anxiety attack?!


Question: Did I have an anxiety attack!?
last night i think i experienced an anxiety attack but im not sure!. i have had a very stressful week and then everything just kind of hit me all at once!. i started shaking all over but i wasnt cold!. my stomach was in knots and i couldnt eat!. and then i started getting spasms!. i never experienced spasms before so i dont believe i suffer from some kind of medical condition!. was this an anxiety attack!? or was it something else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I never heard of spasms being one of the symptoms!. Altho it could be!. I been having severe anxeity off and on(I get better and worse) for 7 yrs!. Ill tell u all the syptoms!.some people don't experience them all!. Some do!. I get all of them when having a full blown attack!. I start getting shaky when ones coming on!. Then with the shakiness I get shirt of breath!. A tight chest!. Hypervenalate!. Hands get sweaty!. Body goes numb!. I want to jump up and run but feel there's no where to go!. After I feel I need to throw up or go to the bathroom!. I would say go to a counsoler and not a doctor!. Doctors make money on giving u meds!. Meds work but should be last result!. They are addictive and make u feel like a zombie!. A mental health care professinal!. Has all the knowledge with dealing with these problems!. They will give u all the tools needed to fight these off and relax without starting u right off on meds!. Anxeity attacks are no fun and feel like u r dying!. But they will not hurt u!. They are the bodies natural fight or flight mode!. Your bidy gets stressed and perceives danger!. So it goes into that surviaval mode!. It would be helpful if u were getting chased by a murderer!. U get shaky as blood pumps fast threw body!. Legs are extra shaky for running!. All the blood rushes them!. Hands get sweaty for better grip!. Breaths get shorter for sprinting!. If u were being chased the symptoms would not bother u as u escaped!. But since ur body is telling u a non dangerous situation is dangerous its nerve racking as u are acuatlly still in one spot observing all this!. U have to get with some one who can teach u how to relax and retrain your brain so it know when real danger is present!. Get help now before u become anxious 24/7 like me!. I didn't get help for years and I won't do meds!. So here I am!. Just had my second visit to a consoler monday!. Wish I wouldve went a long time ago!. Email me if u need someone to talk to!. If you felt like something bad was about to happen but didn't know what it was then yes!.I've had them before!. Very scary!. It's genetic!. As you get older they will subside!. You may need medication, or it could be that the week just got to you!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
