How do I mentally focus on sleep at night? Especially when I'm to nervous to!


Question: How do I mentally focus on sleep at night!? Especially when I'm to nervous to relax!? !?

i try to just lay there for hours on end, untill i fall asleep without knowing it!. i think i have a disorder due to all of my issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get good sleep you shouldnt eatwithin an hour of tring to sleep!. food gets the body working and it becomes active and hard to fall asleep!.

somewhere quiet, dark and at a comfortable temperture helps!. sounds distract the mind from its prime focus and doesnt allow it to sleep!. the dark is light free and light keeps the eyes awake generally keeps a person from sleeping!. comfortable temperatures are nice and dont force you to try keeping yourself warm or cool!.

i personally do pushups and situps b4 bed b cuz they mantain wieght and drain energy and help me fall asleep faster!.

or think about the bad things you did and guilt yourself into the safety of sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
